Position Overview:
This role is responsible for operations support for the new Siemens Healthineers Experience Center in Charlotte, NC – over 60,000 square feet/2 floors including meeting and dining areas and show casing all business areas including live scanning of some products. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer/prospect engagement through orchestrated experiences that prioritize C/D-level visits, meetings, and product, services, and solution demonstrations. This position directly impacts business as touch points along the customer journey. By maximizing engagement, this role contributes to the overall success and reputation of the organization in the healthcare industry. This role reports to the Head of the Experience Center.
Key Activities:
- Onsite point-of-contact and visitor management for the Experience Center
- Communications management for internal and external visitors
- Maintain visit management platform to coordinate customer and stakeholder visits, track deliverables, and deadlines
- Support multiple concurrent visits including but not limited to agenda planning, catering planning, registration management, meeting area and multi-media management, etc.
- Develop and manage intranet site and communications Manage budget and expense process to ensure compliance with regulations
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience
- Proven experience as a healthcare administrative coordinator, marketing specialist, or events specialist
- General knowledge of the products and services shown at the Experience Center
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with competing priorities
- Ability to perform with only general instruction on new assignments with minimal direction
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels

The base pay range for this position is:
Min $95,590 - Max $143,390Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
