Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop engineering designs and plans
• Conduct thorough engineering analysis and calculations to ensure design safety and efficiency
• Prepare and review technical reports and documentation
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers
• Manage client relationships and actively participate in client meetings
• Stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience
• In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in engineering design software and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong client focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
