Regional VP Sales & Marketing - Americas, San Diego

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of Americas (AMA) business strategy for Sales and Marketing
• Leadership and mentoring for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development employees
• Oversee daily operations, including overall responsibility for company’s employees, shared with Operational Regional VP
• Internal and external representation of the company
• Leadership in cross-department collaboration
• Signature authority in accordance with group signature rules and local legal requirements
• Participation in congatec´s strategic planning and decisions
• Preparation of Americas (AMA) part of company’s budget and forecasts
• Ensuring company compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and other applicable regulations under guidance of corporate compliance
• Ensuring company compliance with applicable rules and regulations of congatec group

Salary Range:

• $250,000 - $300,000 On Target Earnings
