<h3>Company Description</h3><p>We are a global professional services organization that provides consulting and delivery services to large global clients.<br/> <br/> With our experience of major capital projects all over the world we’re experts at managing the many moving parts involved in complex programmes, with 110 offices across 45 different countries.</p><p> </p><h3>Job Description</h3><ol><li>Manage and Monitor construction works, program and accomplishment</li><li>Oversee coordination between AE and GC (Approval of RFI’s, RFA’s, submittals, drawings, samples and mock-ups)</li><li>Oversee GC design, planning and coordination works</li><li>Oversee GC QA/QC management and implementation</li><li>Oversee GC Safety and Security Department management and implementation</li><li>Assist DCD in monitoring GC construction deliverables.</li><li>Attend the CSA and M&amp;E workshops, coordination meeting to ensure that design, technical and site issues are discussed and resolved accordingly.</li><li>Review and recommend Construction Management Plan (Construction Methods, Planning, Coordination, Quality Control/Assurance, Testing and implementation Plan).</li><li>Review and recommend for approval of the EHS plan</li><li>Review and monitor the program, site progress and quality of works</li><li>Review the working programs and mitigation process in the event of delays.</li><li>Routine site walks with QA/QC Team to educate that GC and Packaged Contractors Site and QA/QC Team are aware on the Project Requirement and Specification.</li><li>Routine site walks with GC and Packaged Contractors Safety Team to have a Safe Working Environment</li><li>Weekly Audit on the QA/QC documents and COMPASS implementation.</li></ol><p>Weekly Audit on EHS documents.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ol><li>Atleast 15 years of construction experience with progressive responsibility of project construction management</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Project Management, or Construction Management</li><li>Direct experience in data center construction is preferred.</li></ol><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Join our social media conversations for more information about Turner &amp; Townsend and our exciting future projects: </p><p><a href="https://twitter.com/turnertownsend">Twitter</a></p><p><a href="https://www.instagram.com/ourturnerandtownsend/">Instagram</a></p><p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/turner-&amp;-townsend/">LinkedIn</a></p> <p><em>It is strictly against Turner &amp; Townsend policy for candidates to pay any fee in relation to our recruitment process.
