About the role

Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, design and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come make with us!

The role of Director, TPM & Product Management is new to our Technology Services organization.  The role is responsible for delivering the book of work across our technology team, from GTM & Finance systems to IT to Compliance & Risk.  While the TPM function is established and growing, our Product function for this team is brand new and will initially be focused on our Sales team, ensuring they have the data and tools to deliver on our GTM strategy across the globe.  We need a leader who has built and led these functions in the past, who is able to partner with senior leaders across our company, and ensure that our Technology Services team is delivering for our business.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Lead our team of TPMs delivering on the evolution of our billing model, compliance with our ITGC framework, integration of our acquisitions and restructure of our identity model (among other things)
  • Define and build our Product function to make sure our engineering teams are enabling our Sales team with the latest technology to deliver the next phase of our GTM strategy
  • Structure and host regular portfolio reviews to ensure our capacity is aligned to our top priorities and we are delivering on schedule
  • Define and manage our roadmaps so our stakeholders are aligned to our timelines and our teams are delivering

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years leading a team of TPMs and/or Product Managers (preferably both)
  • 5+ years experience delivering solutions to Finance and/or Sales team (preferably both)
  • 5+ years delivering company-wide corporate IT solutions, preferably for a technology company
  • 5+ years experience with stakeholder and roadmap management
  • Fluency with Agile delivery practices

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience building or managing an IT General Controls framework
  • Experience with managing Compliance and Risk work, including building and tracking a risk register
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
