<p>YOUR TASKS</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Manage and specify concept, pre-development and technology projects</li> <li>Responsible for the achievement of cost, quality, and timeline of the project</li> <li>Secure involvement of internal and external customers for seamless handover</li> <li>Ensure support of technology projects within the global organization</li> <li>Establish standardized processes and reporting for concept and technology projects</li> <li>Support concept development studies</li> <li>Monitor the industry for technical innovations</li> <li>Support transfer of innovations into technology projects</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>YOUR PROFILE</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s / master’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, physics or equivalent</li> <li>Multiple years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the wind industry and connected to digitalisation aspects</li> <li>Technical overview knowledge on wind turbine generators and windfarms</li> <li>Experience in innovation management</li> <li>Cost awareness, good understanding of underlying economical context and business KPIs</li> <li>Good communication skills and assertiveness.
