About the Role
For our business unit Rhythm Management, we are looking for at least 6 Months, but ideally longer at our German headquarters in Düsseldorf.

 

Your responsibilities will be:

• User support for end users of Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, eDetail)
• Create and update training materials (training guides and videos)
• Deliver trainings to the field teams on the Salesforce applications and lead our Coaching Program
• Create and update dashboards and reports to support decision-making management of business strategies and analytics.
• Manage and further develop the CRM system and contribute to improvements in the sales processes.

 

What do we look for in you:

 

• You have just finished or are in the final stages of your studies of business administration, IT, controlling or a comparable course of studies.
• High level of English and German (B2+)
• Fluency in Italian (B2+) is a plus
• You are characterized by an analytic mindset and proactively seeking guidance if required.
• You have a growth mindset and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
• Ideally, you already have strong Microsoft-Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
• You are able to work independently and stay focused during busy periods.
• You have strong communication skills and team-oriented way of working.
