We’re currently hiring a Part-Time Weekend Receptionist

💉 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors.

• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations;

• Provide general administrative and clerical support.

• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.

• Assist the admissions team with various tasks.

• Maintain and tidy the reception area.

• Be a steady, supportive presence for residents—because your care matters.

🩺 What We’re Looking For:

• Great customer service skills and a welcoming and positive demeanor.

• Ability to multi task and maintain composure.

• Prior experience in reception or related field, preferred.

• Experience using phone systems, printers/copiers, computer applications, preferred.

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
