Preventative Maintenance Coordinator (Huntsville, AL)

Rogers Group Inc. is currently seeking a Preventative Maintenance Coordinator (Working Foreman) in the Huntsville, AL / North Alabama operations area, Alabama SMA reporting to the Shop/Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth.

Job Details:

• Wages start at $22/hr for entry level/limited experience
• Starting wage may be higher based on verifiable experience 
• Fulltime/Permanent 
• Day Shift
• Weekend work may be required
• Overtime available along with extensive medical and retirement benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Enforce compliance scheduling for equipment services, work with vendors to get recommended supplies to perform each service interval
• Oversee oil analysis program, ensure date entry is accurate and input in a timely manner, gather data to provide solutions to the equipment manager
• Handles administrative tasks for the service team members to keep the project running smoothly.  Including ordering equipment supplies, managing deadlines, workflow, and scheduling
• Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment. Uncompromising focus on safety excellence

Qualifications:

• Work in an environment with noise levels that may require hearing protection
• Must have good reliable transportation to make it to and from work
• Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties independently, without constant supervision
• Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration requirement
• Must be Drug Free and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and possess a Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Good Communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships 
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Team management and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
• Accounts receivable/accounts payable experience 
• Service writer experience in equipment field a plus
