Pay Transparency: $135,000.00/yr. to $150,000.00/yr. 

The anticipated starting salary range for Philadelphia-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $135,000.00/yr. to $150,000.00/yr. 

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Analytics, this role joins a team of technical data specialists that understand how to create value for the business through the integration and visualization of data. Understanding the importance of data integrity, robust APIs, and efficient data flow across the company’s multiple systems and departments, this role will focus primarily on Salesforce, driving the delivery of solutions that integrate flawlessly with our existing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

 

As an AI/Automation Engineer, you will be a technical expert in developing and deploying AI and automation solutions within our Salesforce.com ecosystem. You will be hands-on with code, leveraging your expertise to:

Develop AI-powered applications: Build custom AI models using Einstein AI, Salesforce's GenAI tools, and other relevant technologies to address business challenges across sales, marketing, and service. This includes tasks such as:

• Customize Salesforce Modeling: Leverage Einstein and AgentForce to increase transparency and success within the sales cycle.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Implement Salesforce’s NLP solutions for sentiment analysis, text summarization, and chatbot development.
• Automate complex processes: Design and implement sophisticated automation solutions using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Apex, and other tools to streamline workflows and increase efficiency. This includes:

Salesforce Flow Orchestration: Develop complex flows to automate lead routing, opportunity management, and customer onboarding processes.

• Apex Development: Write custom Apex code to extend Salesforce functionality and integrate with external systems.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Explore and implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and integrate with legacy systems.
• Integrate with Salesforce's GenAI Capabilities: Leverage Salesforce's generative AI tools to create innovative solutions for revenue generation or operational efficiencies.

AI-powered content generation: Automate the creation of marketing materials, sales emails, and knowledge articles.

• Code generation: Use GenAI to assist in writing Apex code, reducing development time and improving code quality.
• Personalized customer experiences: Develop solutions that deliver dynamic and personalized content based on individual customer needs and preferences.

Tableau experience: Integration experience for customized dashboard development.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI and automation solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI models, automation scripts, and GenAI-powered applications within the Salesforce.com environment.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.
• Monitor the performance and accuracy of AI models and automation processes, making adjustments as needed.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI, GenAI, and automation technologies, continuously exploring new ways to innovate within the Salesforce platform.
