Job Description
As the Administrative Assistant you will support 200+ employees, leadership, customers, and visitors, while completing the site's daily tasks, activities, and duties. The incumbent will work in the reception area and will be the first contact with all visitors to the facility and will be responsible for initial guest experience and first impressions.
The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters, with discretion, and display strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
The essential functions of this position are:
- Prioritizes and completes administrative tasks in a timely and high-quality manner. Examples include, but are not limited to, coordinates visitors and processes visitor check-in's, manages meetings and events, conducts paper and electronic filing, receives incoming phones calls, etc.
- Provide administrative support for special projects, reconciliation of data and employee files, tracking annual requirements (e.g., performance reviews) and managing and maintaining site calendars along with a master site calendar.
- Work with hiring managers and HR on coordinating and preparing interview schedules / travel, new hire packets and assist with pre-employment and drug screening for perspective new hires.
- Coordinate hotels, transportation, and employee engagement events.

Education and Experience Requirements
If you have a high school diploma, 4+ years of experience supporting large, fast paced environments with similar job accountabilities and a demonstrated ability of supporting multiple managers and helping them to be more efficient and organized, then Chromalloy is a great career move!
