What You’ll Do

· Evaluate and treat residents with cognitive, physical, or emotional challenges in accordance with physician orders.

· Design individualized therapy plans that support independence and improve quality of life.

· Collaborate closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional results.

· Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants as appropriate.

· Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

· Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

· Current Occupational Therapy license in the State of Florida (or eligibility to obtain).

· A passion for working with seniors and helping others thrive.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
