We are seeking a highly motivated Manager who is passionate about person-centric HIV care to join our Global Medical Affairs team. This individual will contribute to supporting the global launch of a pipeline asset (bictegravir/lenacapavir) for HIV treatment by leading creation of educational content and supporting critical Medical Affairs deliverables pre- and post-launch. The Manager will work collaboratively with Global and US Medical Affairs teams as well as cross-functional partners. This role will be based at our headquarters in Foster City, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • As a content manager, serve as a key contributor and knowledge expert for the combination of bictegravir/lenacapavir, as well as support materials across the HIV treatment portfolio

  • Collaborate with Director to develop Global Plan of Action and ensure alignment of team activities

  • Collaborate with Clinical Development, Global Strategic Marketing, Global Value and Access, Medical Affairs Research, affiliate Medical Affairs teams, and other cross-functional teams across varied initiatives including strategic plan implementation, scientific resource development, conference activities, and internal training materials/support

  • Manage the creation, review, and updating of Medical Affairs slide decks, infographics, medical narratives and other strategic resources

  • Provide training within the therapeutic area on relevant topics for Medical Affairs personnel and help create and review training materials

  • Attend major global scientific conferences to assess relevant information and support conference deck development and training

  • Independently manage projects related to analysis of new, emerging data and determine relevant information to incorporate into medical content and trainings

  • Develop and maintains HIV SharePoint Page to disseminate information and res
