The oCFO Products team is growing, and we are looking for someone with operations experience that can help drive efficiency and performance optimization within the suite of Financial Products at Workday.

About the Role

This role will report to the Chief of Staff for the oCFO organization and will play a meaningful part of helping drive operational initiatives supporting the business. The responsibilities are a unique combination of program management, process improvement, as well as someone with very strong communication skills and experience working with executive management. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with taking on multiple initiatives at once, excels in operating in a state of ambiguity and shows urgency while maintaining exceptional prioritization and communication skills.

Basic qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations or equivalence

Other qualifications

Experience/ability in the following areas:

  • Multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous initiatives.
  • Improving processes and scale
  • Driving efficiency and optimizing performance in a matrixed organization
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Developing and managing project plans and project schedules.
  • Writing process documentation
  • Collaboration/project management tools such as (G Suite, Zoom, Slack, Trello, Workboard and Confluence)
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and analytical problem solver
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective meeting management and relentless follow-through on action items
  • Software industry experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others as well as independently with minimal supervision
  • Innovative, creative and open minded
  • Propose well thought out solutions to problems


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
