Your impact

We are looking for an experienced and strategic operator to oversee and drive the success of our high-priority initiative. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners to ensure that key milestones are met while delivering excellent results to clients.

This is a unique opportunity for a results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of technologies and project management, combined with the ability to lead projects from concept to execution in a high-stakes, secretive setting.

Your role

• Oversee and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact between senior leadership, project, and client teams, reporting on progress and identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Ensure that all projects are executed within established timelines, budgets, and with a high degree of accuracy.
• Develop and implement best practices for project management, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Identify and foster partnerships with external vendors or collaborators while maintaining strict confidentiality agreements.

Compensation range

• $150K - $300K

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.
