Role Summary

We are seeking a senior PMO leader to oversee a complex, multiyear, multi workstream strategic partnership involving co-innovation, solution development, services delivery, product integration, and coordinated GTM activation.

This role serves as the central program leader responsible for ensuring operational rigor, workstream discipline, cross functional synchronization, structured governance, and predictable execution across all partnership activities. The PMO Lead ensures that all workstream sponsors follow through on their commitments, business cases, and delivery milestones while also coordinating closely with internal functions such as legal, sourcing, finance, product, engineering, partner marketing, and field teams.

This is a high visibility role that requires exceptional program leadership, strong commercial acumen, and experience orchestrating complex crossfunctional initiatives in fast moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Governance & Operating Cadence

  • Own and operate the endtoend governance model across all participating organizations.

  • Establish and run structured partnership cadences, including monthly, quarterly, and executive level reviews.

  • Manage issue and risk escalation processes across workstream, program, and executive levels.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication loops between workstream owners, alliance management, executive sponsors, and technical leadership.

  • Establish and maintain a structured PMO operating model aligned to multi-year strategic investments.

2. Workstream Oversight

  • Oversee execution quality and pacing across all defined workstreams, which may include areas such as presales support, value realization, consulting delivery, product integration, GTM enablement, and innovation programs.

  • Ensure each workstream maintains clear deliverables, KPIs, milestones, risks, business case assumptions, and success measurements.

  • Track progress across all workstreams through standardized dashboards, status reviews, and structured accountability mechanisms.

3. SOW Development, Contracting & Compliance

  • Lead the orchestration of Statements of Work (SOWs) across all workstreams.

  • Coordinate with internal legal, sourcing, finance, and relevant workstream sponsors to ensure timely drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of all SOWs.

  • Maintain a comprehensive view of all contractual obligations, delivery timelines, dependencies, and cross functional requirements.

  • Monitor SLA compliance for approvals, and onboarding.

4. Product & Engineering Integration Program Management

  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that roadmap integration commitments are clearly defined, resourced, and progressing as planned.

  • Track end
