Omaha Orthodontics is expanding our team! We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our amazing scheduling team in our call center. Preferred candidates should love working with people in a fun and fast paced environment, have strong customer service skills, and a positive can-do attitude. 

Responsibilities & Goals:

Providing excellent customer service to our patients

Gathering and entering accurate patient information

Performing friendly and professional communication via phone, email, and text messaging

Maintaining the professional ambiance of the waiting room area

Verifying patient information, and scheduling appointments
