The role is reporting directly to the HR Director Flat Nordic and you will work out from our office in Malmö. You will have people responsibility for two HR administrators.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>Your main responsibilities will be:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Understanding the talent needed for future success and ensuring business leaders are equipped to retain and develop talent.</span></p></li><li><p><span>To bring HR thought leadership and business insight to all people related interventions in collaboration with the team and/or the Nordic HR colleagues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>To work in partnership with the business to deliver people solutions that drive commercial performance, align with group values and Mindsets and enhance the reputation of the company as a whole.  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensuring compliance with Group and local policies and procedures. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Leading organizational changes and ensuring compliance with law and collective agreements. </span></p></li><li><p><span>To lead the local Payroll set up.</span></p></li><li><p><span>To be the natural contact person to other HR departments; HR Service at GBS (our Global Business Center in Vilnius) and will be a member of the Nordic HR community. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Your main daily tasks:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>In partnership with business leaders, establish and implement an optimum organisation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop the people plan for the business areas and departments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide coaching, guidance and advice to stakeholder groups.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Influence and lead cultural change through a deep understanding of current business issues and company level vision and values.  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Overall responsible for management of employee relations matters and advice managers in the handling of incoming cases. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Implementation and management of annual HR cycles (e.g. performance appraisals, salary reviews) in collaboration with other HR colleagues .</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead and develop the HR team in Flat Sweden.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely together with the Nordic HR team to contribute to the development of the Flat organisation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with HS&amp;E Manager to ensure compliance and well-being.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Here's what you bring to the table:</b></b></p><p></p><p><span>Ideally you hold a university degree within HR.</span></p><p><span>Furthermore, you have a proven track record of several years in a similar position within HR covering a breadth of activities and best-in-class HR practices and policies. Having experience from building and larger construction companies, installation, or any kind of industrial environment is highly beneficial.</span></p><p><span>Having experience of  change management, coaching and consulting skills are highly beneficial.</span></p><p><span>Furthermore, you are skilled in local labour law as well as in local trade union negotiations. Experience in HR systems (Workday) is a strong advantage.</span></p><p><span>You are solution-oriented and your motivation comes from contributing and getting things done. At the same time, you are service minded, and take initiatives with a clear focus on culture, engagement and positivity.
