<p>Empowering people, creating technology.</p><p></p><p></p><h1>Responsibilities:</h1><p></p><p></p><ul><li><p>You advise and support the managers and employees in your area of responsibility at the Weinheim site in all matters relating to the employee life cycle</p></li><li><p>As a strategic partner for your area, you communicate at eye level with the highest management level </p></li><li><p>You are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of new employees, from the initial briefing through to signing the contract and onboarding</p></li><li><p>As part of continuous development, you work proactively to optimize our processes, guidelines and structures</p></li><li><p>You maintain a constructive and trusting working relationship with employee representatives</p></li><li><p>You are be involved in Group-wide HR projects and support organizational changes and change management processes</p></li><li><p>You support personnel development topics (including the talent and performance management process)</p></li><li><p>You take on the disciplinary management of an HR Specialist (f/m/d)</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1>Qualifications:</h1><p></p><p></p><ul><li><p>You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or law with a focus on HR or a comparable degree, or you have several years of professional experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist in an industrial company</p></li><li><p>You have a sound knowledge of labor and social security law </p></li><li><p>Due to your IT affinity, you enjoy working with modern HR tools (SAP R3 HR, Workday)</p></li><li><p>You use your strong social and communication skills, empathy and assertiveness in the context of stakeholder management</p></li><li><p>You are characterized by integrity and trustworthiness </p></li><li><p>Very good German and good English skills complete your profile</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
