The Commercial Business Processes organization is the engine of the commercial infrastructure, partners with IET Business Units to drive focus on commercial priorities and supports execution of business goals through process and system optimization, sustaining Customer experience and engagement, IET responsiveness and productivity, as well as enhancing commercial tools, business-critical processes and operations. The team is the gatekeeper of the SAP blueprint and commercial framework development.

As an IET Commercial Business Processes Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Setting the Commercial Processes & tools strategy, plan, and priorities in line with the Lean Enterprise system, by collaborating with the IET Business Units and Functions
• Driving key strategic IET projects, such as eCommerce, Customer portals, quoting tools
• Driving Long Range Planning definition for Commercial processes and relevant funding, ensuring all stakeholders are onboard and sponsoring the initiatives that are game changers for IET
• Supporting and guiding IET business units’ on their growth strategy development and execution of commercial  processes, tools, and change management
• As Gatekeepers of the SAP blueprint and business framework development, define commercial requirements and support implementation, bridging business needs with IT feasibility & implementation
• Defining and driving Operating Rhythm, Reports & KPIs to support the commercial team on operational efficiency, operational results, and achievements and ensure there’s visibility of impact on the business
• Owning and calibrating best in class Commercial Processes & Tools globally to ensure processes effectively support IET-diversified commercial models
• Sustaining the broader IET Process & Tool community, by being an active member of the Quality, Lean, and Operational Excellence Community.
• Coaching and growing the Commercial Processes team members, as well as the broader BPO organization.
• Promoting strong compliance and HSE culture; 100% leadership engagement and training compliance
• Leading change management for cross-IET initiatives. Train & assist users on processes, transactions, etc

• Have a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of sales, commercial, or corporate finance experience.
• Have proven success in leading diverse teams and influencing with both direct and indirect influence.
