This is not your typical executive assistant job; in this role, you are the vital force that propels the business forward and fuels success. You will play an instrumental role in ensuring seamless operations and facilitating a positive client experience. You will be the right hand to the business owner, Carmen, making his life easier, and the lives of the clients and employees more fulfilled.

Every week, your performance will shine through a scorecard that reflects not just your proficiency, but also your dedication. You'll be scheduling recruitment interviews, issuing personal handwritten notes, attending to Carmen’s personal and business agendas, and amplifying the C-suite's social media presence, all pivotal aspects that create a substantial impact on the business.

In your role as Executive Support, you'll prove to be more than just an employee - you'll be Carmen's reliable right hand. From managing and coordinating schedules to spearheading event planning, you will be instrumental in a multitude of tasks. With your unwavering support, Carmen will be able to focus on steering the company towards greater heights, knowing that the finer details are in your capable hands.

As you might have guessed by now, this is a role that offers a unique blend of responsibilities and opportunities for growth; more specifically, in this role, you will:

• 🎩 Juggle multiple roles including executive support, customer experience, talent acquisition, sales support, and innovative AI technology research.
• 🚀 Dive head-first into creating strategies for C-Suite branding and building meaningful client and employee relations.
• 🎯 Spearhead the recruitment objectives with full recruitment accountabilities and support. Familiarity with ATS systems like Applicant Pro or Hubspot will be a bonus but not a necessity.
• 🌐 Help develop Fiorilli’s presence on AI and Chatbot platforms, making you a cornerstone of a progressive culture.
• 💡Be the go-to AI and Chat GPT R&D Guru, always on the lookout for new technologies that can drive the business forward. Your research and implementation of AI and chatbot technologies will play a significant role in shaping our sales and customer service strategies.
• 📣 Promote Carmen as a thought leader in his industry and ensure that his personal life runs smoothly alongside his busy professional life.
• 💻 Show your passion for technology and your capacity to adapt to new systems, shaping business operations.
