<ul> <li><strong>Perm</strong></li> <li><strong>Experience building the procurement function and processes from scratch </strong></li> <li><strong>Experience in implementing procurement system</strong></li> <li><strong>Strong stakeholder management skills</strong></li> </ul><p><strong>The Head of Procurement will manage a team of ‘category managers’ via a matrix model and is responsible for four functions mainly Supplier Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management.</strong></p><p>Supplier Management</p><li> Selection of strategic suppliers/partners</li><li> Establishment of supplier engagement / governance framework</li><li> Negotiating cost/value effective contracts with suppliers</li><li> Maintaining positive supplier relationships</li><li> Optimising range of suppliers: driving value for money, competition, and options</li>Procurement<li> Development of a ‘strategic sourcing’ approach to procurement</li><li> Establishment of matrix team</li><li> Overseeing purchasing activities</li><li> Optimising purchasing to improve value for money</li>Supply Chain<br/><li>Planning and implementation of a logistical strategy</li><li>Controlling the delivery process, overseeing handling and distribution</li><li>Optimising the supply chain vs supply chain metrics</li>Inventory Management<br/><li>Planning and implementing an asset management strategy (including hedging)Operations</li><li>Managing the company’s assets </li><li>Overseeing storage</li><li>Optimising the use of inventory vs inventory management metrics</li><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Degree in business administration;</li> <li>Professional qualification in procurement and supply chain management;</li> <li>Proven working experience in hedging, bulk procurement and shipping;</li> <li>Proven track records in system implementation;</li> <li>Analytical and in dept financial understanding.</li> <li>Possess good attitude, self-motivated, result oriented, flexible and adaptable to changes positively;</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines;</li> <li>Good interpersonal and communication skills;</li> <li>Cooperative and display good teamwork.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Perm</li> <li>AWS</li> <li>Bonus</li> <li>Medical &amp; Insurance Benefits</li> </ul>
