Our goal is to establish a strong foundation for IKEA's product information, enabling its seamless use across the entire value chain.</p><p>We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer specializing or willing to specialize in PTC Windchill to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our software development group, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the PLM environment. Your expertise will be essential in driving the success of our projects and ensuring the optimal performance of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>For the job as a Software engineer - PLM, you have:</p><p>· Strong ability or curiosity to work on System design and development in the PLM ecosystem.</p><p>· Design, implement and maintain workflow processes, data migration, and integrations with other enterprise systems.</p><p>· Provide support and contribute to the continuous improvement of PLM systems.</p><p>· Create and maintain technical documentation for system architecture, design, and development processes.</p><p>· Collaborate closely with Product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure harmony between business objectives and technical solutions.</p><p>· Ability to drive simplicity in an entrepreneurial culture that maintains the balance between delivering business value and agility.</p><p>· Worked with technology as a business tool and translated requirements into solutions, balancing user experience, business needs and digital constraints.</p><p>· Good interpersonal communication skills: active listening, coaching and facilitating. Communicating in a clear, structured and honest way.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>We also want you to have a background in software engineering with the following prerequisites:</p><p>· Have been working as a software developer and interested in software engineering.</p><p>· Knowledge in different programming languages like Core Java, Java Script, SQL.</p><p>· Knowledge or curiosity to learn PLM domain and PTC Windchill products PDMlink, Projectlink and Partslink.</p><p>· Familiar with cloud technology.</p><p>· Knowledge in IT and solution architecture</p><p>We are also open to candidates with strong proficiency in Java who are eager to learn PLM and PTC Windchill products.</p><p>This is a permanent role based in Malmo.</p><p>The Software engineer - PLM role is crucial to secure efficient way of working for product development and our suppliers and we believe that your presence with the team and working most of the time in the workplace is important.</p><p>Does this sound like your next challenge?</p><p>We look forward to receiving your application—CV and letter of motivation—in English by the 10th of April 2025 at the latest.
