Essential Functions:

  • Performs complex computer work involving correspondence, monthly publications, program covers, brochures, posters, forms, volunteer, and donor listings
  • Types and files a variety of correspondence, records and documents, completes routine material on own initiative
  • Answers telephone, recording accurate and complete information from callers
  • Processes volunteer applications, including background checks
  • Prepare requisitions and work order forms
  • Assists with layout of publications, brochures, flyers, and posters
  • Prepares donor and member deposits for review
  • Operates office equipment; keeps equipment clean
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of high school and one year of related office experience.
  • Requires the ability to keyboard accurately at 30 wpm
  • Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions
  • Ability to operate commonly used manual and automated office equipment and performing routine maintenance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One (1) year experience of alpha-numeric sequencing
  • One (1) year experience of office practices, procedures, and programs
  • Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions
  • Ability to operate commonly used manual and automated office equipment and performing routine maintenance 

Conditions of Employment:

  • Requires ability to pass a background check. 
  • Requires ability to pass a drug screen and pre-employment physical.
  • Requires ability to meet all agency vaccine/health-related policies and guidance
  • Requires ability to travel in the performance of duties, with overnight stays as appropriate.
  • Requires ability acquire and maintain Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate.
  • Requires ability to attend seminars, conferences, and trainings to stay current on methods, tools, ideologies, or other industry related topics relevant to the job duties. 
  • Requires use of agency-supplied equipment (mobile phone, laptop, etc.).
