The Risk Insurance Analyst will work closely with the Vice President and Insurance Risk Manager. This is a position based onsite at one of our largest clients’ offices in Dallas, TX. The client's risk management group is responsible for advising the company in all aspects of insurance coverage and its commercial construction risk and for the placement and administration of global insurance programs.
What's can you expect:
Data coordination, accumulation, assessment, and evaluation in the US and UK .
Applications for renewals that occur throughout the year.
Quarterly Statement of Value Reporting – capturing new projects in the US and UK.
Providing annual Statement of Values, confirming values, expected pipeline for Property Renewal.
Builders Risk Project management of need data points – daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
Coordinate scheduled site visits including follow up to requests for improvements.
Allocations of premiums, premium adjustments throughout the year.
Collecting insurance requirements for new markets – like Asia .
Help with Quarterly Reporting for property.
Resolving discrepancies in data.
Help with claim reporting.
Tracking Engineer Recommendation progress.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, HR on Risk Issues.
Assist in annual insurance budget.
Assist with data coordination for Re-Fi.
What you need to have:
Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in risk management, commercial insurance brokerages or insurance companies.
Demonstrated knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage required.
Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Monthly construction calls US, UK
Monthly, biweekly open items call, US, UK
Policy management and document storage
Binder management and document storage
Various insurance postings, WC, Auto ID cards
Processing invoices
Attend Quarterly Risk Review
