JOB DESCRIPTION

/ Providing proactive legal advice in holistic manner with regard to a variety of commercial transactions e.g. drafting, negotiating, reviewing all kind of agreements relevant for today's automotive industry and not limited to IT
/ Providing legal support for affiliated companies in new technology areas like connectivity, charging and other mobility services.
/ Organizing the legal knowledge management including risk management and legislation screening
/ Being part of the group wide legal operations team to design and implement legal operations and legal tech projects

YOUR SKILLS

/ German law degrees with results above the average and the admission to the bar
/ Proven track record of a minimum of seven years in an international law firm or international company advising automotives, general industry or information technology clients
/ Fluent in German and English
/ Decisive personality with entrepreneurial spirit
/ A team player with interactive, communicative, structured working style, excellent negotiating skills and high implementation speed
