Senior Business Analyst in Leadership Advisory Services

With more than 500 consultants in 63 offices and 37 countries, we work closely with public and private corporations, family-owned enterprises, and nonprofit and government agencies to help them define great leadership in the face of changing economic conditions, emerging opportunities, and evolving business goals.</em></p><p>To support our growing team, we are looking for a qualified and convincing personality to join our Leadership Advisory Service team in Budapest as a <strong>Senior Business Analyst</strong>.</p><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><ul> <li>A typical project would have 3 phases: Pitch, Execution, and Workshops/ Debriefing. Depending on your interest, opportunities, and strength you may get involved in either or all these stages for an identified offering. </li> <li>Collaboration with experts, consultants, and project team members to design the workshop modules, prepare best-in-class client-ready insights and address nuanced client needs. </li> <li>Knowledge management- strengthening the existing portfolio and working with our teams to engage consultants to share learnings and success openly and deeply.</li> <li>Contributing to our larger global LAS community by organizing, participating, and leveraging existing trainings, engagements, and conferences.</li> <li>Peer mentoring- Being an advisor and mentor for others in the team across the board, showing true apprenticeship, and being generous in sharing learnings and success.</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key competencies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execution excellence- project management, taking ownership.</li> <li>Stakeholder management- managing the expectations of the project team, impression management, building a brand.</li> <li>Effective communication- assertiveness, clarity, active listening, fluency</li> <li>Agility and ambiguity management- operating in a flexible environment and being open to experimentation and change. </li> <li>Curiosity- eager to learn, grow and experience new things.</li> <li>Collaboration and team building- develop together, give, and receive effective feedback and work together to achieve goals.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Our desired candidate should have a relevant experience between 6-10 years and should have worked on mandates regarding LAS offerings – culture, team journeys, assessments, integration, or development related.</li> <li>Relevant experience in Industry, Consulting, or Research with knowledge of the industry at large, and its competitive landscape including the latest trends.</li> <li>Being able to manage a dynamic and evolving process by actively contributing to process optimization along the way.</li> <li>High technical affinity and advanced Excel (incl. Macro) &amp; PowerPoint skills.</li> <li>Structured &amp; diligent, data affinity.</li> <li>Being able to work under high pressure and in close alignment with the rest of the team/ecosystem.</li> <li>Software Skills to work with Qualtrics and NG Platform, high technical affinity required.</li> <li>Experience working on international engagements in a professional services environment with an understanding of the Global market.</li> <li>Clear and confident communication skills both in person and on the phone are essential.</li> <li>A self-starter with learning agility, engaging remotely, thought partnering, critical thinking, eye for detail, and conceptual thinking.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Why should you consider working with us?</strong></p><p>Be part of an international, highly professional, dynamic, and close-knit team!
