Job Description

Entry-level position, no previous experience required, and training is provided.  Responsibilities include reviewing scientific reports under CGMP guidelines, and assisting with internal audits.  Quality Assurance Associates work closely with laboratory operations staff on a day-to-day basis and have the authority and responsibility for final report sign-off.  

 The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Good organizational skills; ability to follow direction and good communication skills are required.
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 1st Shift, with overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Columbia, MO are encouraged to apply.
