Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating and teaching quality, functional exercise content to those 45 or better.

Lead group exercise classes, including aerobics, aquatic aerobics, chair yoga, balance, and senior functional fitness.

Develop and deliver safe, effective exercise programs for diverse participants.

Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and correct form to ensure safety.

Write and deliver safe and effective individualized programs for individuals. 

Knowledge of exercise techniques, proper form while being able to implement them into class setting. 

Modify exercises as necessary to accommodate all participants' levels and limitations.

Maintain an energetic and motivating atmosphere to encourage participant engagement.

Have all equipment is set up properly and maintained before, during and after each class.

Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.

Follow all safety guidelines and policies.
