Job Description
Your Career
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will partner and support 2 Finance VP’s in our CFO Organization,
Your Impact
- Experience in complex calendar management - Anticipate potential conflicts (i.e., schedule issues, critical meetings, location issues) and raise to address/resolve in advance whenever possible
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, meetings, and lodging
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Provide project and presentation support as needed
- Organize and assist with events, including large and small employee events, offsite team meetings, and training
- Assist with management of the department budget, purchase order creation and invoice tracking
- Manage team distribution lists, org charts - Support new hire onboarding
Position Location: This position is based in our HQ-Santa Clara, CA
Travel Requirements: Minimal travel may be required
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience or equivalent military experience ) and 6+ years Executive Administrative Assistant experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack applications is critical
- Proven ability to always maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent writing and communication skills, experience executing communications plans is preferred
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills
- A proactive and assertive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to solve problems and think quickly under pressure
- Work effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment as well with EA peers and members of the greater organization
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Positive attitude and highly professional demeanor and a sense of humor are helpful
