This position is in support of</span><span> </span><span>the </span><span>USAEUR Mission Partner </span><span>G33 MCSD</span><span> located in</span><span> </span></span><span><span>Wiesbaden, Germany</span></span><span><span>. </span></span><i><span>This position is </span><span>located OCONUS.</span></i><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><u><span>Responsibilities:</span></u><span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Designs, develops, tests, debugs, implements, and integrates software solutions on multiple platforms and on classified and unclassified networks and systems, including communications systems</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Uses best practices (e.g., Agile) and </span><span>DevSecOps</span><span> tools (e.g., Jira, Cameo, Git) to develop, research, test, enhance, debug, implement, and integrate software solutions IAW user stories and requirements documents</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Analyzes, designs, implements, tests, or evaluates software solutions and architecture models using modeling methodologies to conduct technical assessments and make recommendations that inform key technical decisions</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Uses software development platforms in the USAREUR-AF and MP IT portfolios to develop and sustain software and applications </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Collaborates with USAREUR-AF and MPs to capture, analyze, and verify requirements and </span><span>assists</span><span> with the transition to automated tools </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Conducts testing of platforms, systems, and interfaces and </span><span>submits</span><span> release packages with service validation and test results to the Government</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Supports maturation and facilitation of software integration analysis and reporting</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Provides engineering </span><span>expertise</span><span> for migration and transition of systems, including from on-premises solutions to cloud-based solutions, and end-of-life replacement support</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Provides technical solutions to complex problems, including troubleshooting to resolve software-related incidents and problems and improve performance and reliability </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Develops and authors policies, procedures, guidelines, TTPs, application documentation, and deliverables, such as source code and software development products (DEL 13), </span><span>in accordance with</span><span> DoD guidelines, DISA STIGs, and IEEE 12207</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>May attend and </span><span>participate</span><span> in meetings to discuss </span><span>new technologies</span><span>, technology insertion projects, and modernization roadmaps</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Mentors</span><span> software engineers and developers</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>May supervise others </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><b><u><span>Qualifications:</span></u><span> </span></b></p><p><i><span>Required:</span></i><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Currently hold </span><span>an adjudicated</span><span> Secr
