Customer Success InternWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to join our sales team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support and sales and contribute to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ticket writing, prioritization, and organization
• Help write and maintain product documentation
• User feedback consolidation
• Work closely with Mobile Development team to understand mobile-specific software needs
• Track initiative progress
• Participate in product planning and sprint meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, UX design, data analytics, or related field 
• Strong SaaS product development and ownership
• Excellent research and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This internship is a part-time position for the fall and spring semester with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role for exceptional performers. All Acres internships pay $15 per hour and offer between 20-25 hours per week.
