About the Team:
The Product Content Marketing (PCM) team at Fanatics spans all areas of product content creation. We’re committed to delivering the best customer experience to the fan, while maintaining high-quality product information and imagery. The PCM team is made up of highly skilled imagers, stylists, writers, and data aficionados, as well as detail-driven content editors and quality control enthusiasts. We take pride in creating a fun and collaborative environment where we work and solve issues together. Our team is for fans, by fans, and we are looking for enthusiastic, sports-loving, and goal-oriented fans to join our team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Edit image files using Adobe Photoshop, including file naming, dimension adjustments, color corrections, airbrushing, extracting art, pen tooling, and batch actions.
- Create web-ready product images using vector and photo-real files.
- Ensure product images meet quality and company standards.
- Coordinate with Merchandising teams and our in-house studios to acquire images and graphic assets.
- Confirm images are uploaded accurately to sites and digital asset management tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve image issues.
- Manage and track progress on assigned tasks through various interfaces, including in-house task management tools, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, and Service-Now.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners.
- Organize tasks to meet deadlines.

We’re Excited About You Because You:
- Have an Associate’s degree (or higher) and 2+ years of professional experience in the digital imaging field.
- Have a professional portfolio.
- Are proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, and Mac OS.
- Are comfortable working with large PSDs and navigating and organizing numerous layers.
- Have experience with asset management.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
- Are flexible with your schedule and can work on an as-needed basis, including weeknights and weekends, mainly revolving around major sporting events.
Note: This is not a creative design role. It focuses on the wholesale side of our business, helping gather and build out images via tech packs and other tools.
Hybrid Work Schedule: This position requires working in our Jacksonville, FL office 3 days a week.
