Job Summary:
Sealed Air is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full life-cycle recruitment efforts for professional roles in the Supply Chain organization. The successful individual will need to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders built on trust, credibility and a history of achieving results focused on creating positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract the most qualified candidate for each position in a timely manner.
- Building relationships with HR Partners and Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs, devise and execute effective recruiting strategies and provide a central source of support and knowledge to the business on talent acquisition related activities
- Managing all phases of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, assessing & selecting candidates, negotiating & presenting offers and finalizing hires
- Managing and coordinating all communication with candidates including screening, timely feedback and onboarding and ensure that every candidate has a positive candidate experience
- Developing strong understanding of Sealed Air business, competitive landscape and overall strategy to increase business partnership & recruiting effectiveness
- Leveraging the use of all direct recruitment channels, including internal and external job resources and all potential candidate touch points such as social media, employee referral programs, lead generation sources, alumni networks, professional associations, conferences and events
- Maximizing professional network, organizations, publications & self-development to stay informed of recruiting trends, techniques and best practice to enable Sealed Air to be at the forefront of talent initiatives/practices ensuring that we become an Employer of Choice
- Taking ownership of the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience from requisition approval to day one onboarding
- Developing and training managers on effective use of behavioral interview guides to ensure consistency and candidate qualifications, technical skillset, cultural fit and overall eligibility for the role
- Arranging and facilitating interviews, feedback and post-interview Hiring Manager debriefs for all positions being worked on directly or on in conjunction with 3rd party agencies/search firms, escorting applicants to interviews as required
- Partnering with HR Partners, Compensation and Hiring Manager to create and communicate competitive offer to candidate
- Working closely with HR and Hiring Managers to collect and provide post-screen, post-interview feedback to candidates in a timely fashion
- Maintaining accurate hiring documentation on all requisitions, interviews and candidates through Success Factors (ATS) to ensure an ‘audit-ready’ posture at all times
- Focusing on continuous improvement of all stages of the candidate & hiring manager experience – identify opportunity areas, recommend solutions and be part of the implementation
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; Advanced degree a plus
- At management's discretion, the equivalent combination of years of relevant years of experience and training may be considered in lieu of bachelors degree
- A minimum of 3+ years of directly related work
