Process manager in Finance

KBC Group Finance is transforming towards a more end‑to‑end, data‑driven and automated finance function. We are looking for a Group Project/Process Manager to design, govern and continuously improve selected finance processes across the KBC Group. This group‑wide role operates across countries and functions and works closely with senior Finance leadership to translate strategy into efficient, future‑proof processes.

 

Who We Are Looking For:

• You are someone who enjoys working across organisational boundaries, shaping change and improving how large organisations operate end to end.

• You are comfortable operating with influence rather than hierarchy, supported by senior Finance leadership, and working closely with business owners, other process managers, architects and project teams.

• You bring:
  • A strong interest in operational efficiency, automation and smart use of technology, including AI
  • The ability to think end to end and translate strategy into concrete process design
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process management and/or large‑scale transformation initiatives (financial services experience is not a requirement, we are also open to experience from different areas such as industrial sector)
  • Strong organisational skills, including planning, prioritisation and structured execution
  • Experience with international collaboration and fluency in English 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to listen, align and influence without formal authority
  • Curiosity and openness to learn across domains, both broadly and in depth
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma metholodogy is a plus
