Summer Intern 2025 - Business Operations

Overview

Steampunk is seeking a forward-thinking, well-rounded Business Operations Intern who will assist with a cross functional delivery team. We are looking for an individual with an appetite for taking on new challenges and solving complex problems with new innovations. Contributions

• Assist in performing project delivery excellence reviews
• Assist in assessing project risk against defined quality metrics
• Assist in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and their supporting technologies.
• Analyze data to improve operational practices in the area of Quality
• Collaborate and innovate to connect our people with the technology they need to build market relevant skills and be impactful to the business.
• Continually experience new and engaging opportunities, challenging work, flexibility, career sponsorship and mentoring, and recognition for your contributions

Qualifications

Education / Experience:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject areas
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
• Rising Junior or Senior in college

 Key Skills Required:

• Practical experience generating process documentation and writing reports 
• Excellent communicator with ability to translate data into actionable insights 
• Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills  
• Ability to learn new skills, tools, and technology  
• Resourceful in overcoming obstacles 
• Critical thinker who will think outside the box.
• Understanding of the Agile software life-cycle.
• Research business and technical topics
