As Global PH Order Management SME you lead the efforts towards improvement and standardization of OM functional activities within GBS Hub offering the contribution to build strong, effective and customer centric activities that boost up the results of Order Management organization. Support the teams of Global Personal Health Order Management, and their stakeholders and customers, on different situations requiring adjustment, improvement, standardization and automation.
Your role:
Implementing, controlling (incl. compliance) and optimizing processes with a holistic view from end to end and Leading or participating in upcoming process changes, liaising with Business Units, BPO and Regions,
Acting as the first point of contact for operational process escalations, resolving issues and updating work instructions,
Leading and driving process improvement and automation initiatives to standardize and enhance efficiency in alignment with global requirements,
Training the team on data interpretation, coordinating test activities for E2E deployment programs, validating work instructions, delivering key user training, reporting incidents, and participating in improvement projects on behalf of the local organization,
Serving as an ambassador for system process improvements within their knowledge area or related satellite tools and addressing critical issues and change requests within their domain, providing instant support and participating in SAP improvement projects.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
+3years of experience in process improvement, supply chain management,
Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in specific processes dedicated to Personal Health,
Knowledge of Market Order Management activities associated with PH portfolio products,
Your skills include knowledge in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, VBA nice to have,
Hands-on experience with Lean techniques and culture,
Good communication skills at different levels (to factories and regions/customers)
Project management skills,
Continuous improvement mindset and skills,
University degree (at least Bachelor)

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
