The internship

Our Continuous Process Improvement, Business Process Management and Risk Management Internship offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience in some of the most critical aspects of modern business operations.

You will gain business acumen, innovation, unleash creativity, and develop continuous improvement and process/risks skills that are getting more and more relevant in the current business environments. This internship is oriented 100% in business transactional processes (Finance, Procurement, Commerce, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.)

 

Some of the key activities to perform are:

• Support the implementation of a Continuous Improvement framework in HEINEKEN within 72 Operating Companies in 4 different regions and Global Functions
• Support the Global Process Excellence Team in the innovation of training and deployment content to improve processes.
• Lead the communication strategy of Global Process Excellence to keep the audience engaged and sharing best practices.
• Support the deployment of a Maturity Assessment program to understand the level of adoption of Continuous Process Improvement and Business Process Management in the operating companies.
• Enhance the framework material together with the GPEX team.
• Support the Risk Management Team to enable the operating companies to identify risks and connect the improvement methodologies to solve the risks in the business.

The terms of employment

• Your starting date is 1 September 2024
• The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
• The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
• It is a practice-oriented internship combined with theoretical research internship (when needed).
• You will be based in Amsterdam.
• Working in a hybrid environment.
• You will receive an internship fee of €500 gross pm based on 40 hours per week.
• You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
• If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed.
