Job Description:
Capgemini is seeking a Technology Solution Architect who has a combination of technical expertise, architecture skills, and has a passion to deeply understand the client organization's objectives. The Technology Solution Architect will serve in a critical role within an organization responsible for designing and implementing technology web solutions that align with the company's strategic goals and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business partners to understand their requirements and define the high-level business solution includes defining system architecture, integrations etc.
• Evaluate various technologies, platforms, and tools to determine which ones are best suited for the organization's needs - considering factors like scalability, cost-effectiveness, and compatibility.
• Identify potential risks associated with the proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies - including considering security, compliance, and data privacy concerns.
• Create prototypes or proof-of-concept implementations to validate the feasibility of a solution before full-scale development.
• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other partners throughout the development lifecycle to ensure the solution aligns with the architectural vision.
• Design solutions with scalability, cost and performance in mind, ensuring that they can handle current and future demands. Consider cost implications of technology choices and design solutions that are cost-effective and within budget.
• Implement security standard processes and ensure that solutions align with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the industry to propose innovative solutions that can provide a competitive advantage.
• Be prepared to fix and solve complex technical problems that may arise during the development and implementation phases.
• Mentor junior architects and developers, helping them understand architectural principles and standard processes.
• Work with quality assurance teams to establish testing strategies and ensure that the final solution meets quality standards.
• Continuously gather feedback from end-users and partners to refine and improve solutions over time.
• If third-party solutions or services are part of the architecture, manage relationships with vendors and assess their solutions for fit.
• Superb communication skills are crucial, as you'll need to convey complex technical information to non-technical partners effectively.
• Architect solutions establish standard methodologies and introduce/implement new technologies.
• Architecting and developing single page applications using Angular or React.
• Work and collaborate with a team of developers and architects, UX/UI visual designers to create a website/Mobile Web application.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Focus on responsiveness of the application across devices.
• Provide technical leadership for the development team, representing them in customer-facing dealings, taking ownership in sprint delivery and resolving functional and technical issues relating to the UI.
• Perform code reviews and ensure team adheres to common coding standards.
• Lead quality initiatives to ensure that these are enforced in development team.

Required Skills: 

• 12+ years working with front-end web development with ability to architect and design a scalable web solution on On-Prem or Cloud (AWS, Azure and GCP)
• Should have good knowledge on various UI architecture patterns.
• Deep understanding of Web Performance and Web Accessibility
• Expert and hands-on in SPA frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue
• Deep understanding in building object-oriented web applications in React/Angular/JavaScript etc.
• Deep understanding designing/Architecting solutions integration with Sprint Boot REST API/Microservices
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure
• Mastery of NPM, JS library structure, JS library packaging, & JS library publishing
• Expert in delivering sophisticated UI solutions, previously worked on enterprise web portal, and have helped operationalize it.
• Highly proficient in configuring and using CSS pre-processors like LESS or Sass
• Deep understanding and experienced in advanced JavaScript, HTML5, AJAX, Responsive Design, consuming Rest Web Services APIs, Front end Performance Tuning
• Demonstrable experience in troubleshooting, investigating, and solving UI performance issues.
