Eligibility

To qualify for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program (Business, Marketing or a related field).
  • Rising Sophomore and above required (30 Credits or more).
  • Available to work onsite a minimum of 3 days a week.

Important Details 

  • Applications Open: February 2nd - March 8th.
  • Program Dates: June – Aug (10 weeks).
  • Full-time Los Angeles based role.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing/screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings of potential candidates.
  • Support the coordination of interviews and assessments, including scheduling and communicating with candidates.
  • Help maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Conduct research on recruitment/DEI trends and best practices to optimize our hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with the TA team to improve recruitment strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Participate in recruitment/DEI events, career fairs, and other networking opportunities to promote our employer brand.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining internship programs and initiatives to attract and retain young talent.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
