This role partners with Product Line leaders and cross-functional teams to:</p><ul><li><p>Identify new markets and business opportunities</p></li><li><p>Shape and operationalize go-to-market and investment strategies</p></li><li><p>Build and own a robust &amp; actionable M&amp;A pipeline for PMC</p></li><li><p>Ensure disciplined capital deployment and business case development</p></li></ul><p></p><p>The ideal candidate brings deep rail industry knowledge, <span>strong financial</span> acumen, and a low-ego, high-influence leadership style.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p><b>1. Growth Initiatives</b></p><ul><li><p>Define and refine mid- and long-term growth strategies – including market entry, partnerships, portfolio expansion- in close partnership with PL leaders</p></li><li><p>Operationalize strategy into execution plans – in close partnership with Product Line and functional leaders</p></li><li><p>Drive disciplined capital allocation decisions through:</p><ul><li><p>Financial modeling</p></li><li><p>ROI and risk/opportunity analysis</p></li><li><p>Prioritization of internal investment projects</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Partner cross-functionally (Engineering, Product, Commercial) to align operational capabilities with growth targets</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>2.
