This is an onsite role in Santa Monica, CA, and requires in-person attendance five days a week.

Naughty Dog is seeking an IT Coordinator to join our IT team in supporting the studio. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for operational excellence across IT support, asset management, onboarding, and project coordination. The IT Coordinator will serve as a vital connection point between teams, vendors, and users—maintaining and improving the systems and workflows that keep our infrastructure running smoothly.

What will you do:
- Track, manage, and organize all IT hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate lifecycle visibility
- Coordinate the shipping, receiving, tagging, and inventory updates of new and returning equipment
- Organize secure e-waste disposal and asset decommissioning in accordance with internal policies
- Support administration of user accounts, licenses, and permissions throughout the employee lifecycle
- Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and return-to-studio coordination in collaboration with internal teams, such as Operations and Human Resources
- Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for local and remote staff, resolving issues with devices, software, and connectivity
- Maintain and support purchasing and warranties for mobile device setups, printers, and general workplace technology
- Assist with project tracking and IT initiatives, including hardware refreshes and infrastructure upgrades
- Document and maintain IT procedures, FAQs, and configuration guides in platforms like Confluence
- Generate monthly reports on asset inventory, ticket trends, licensing, and tool utilization
- Serve as a liaison with vendors and the Finance team for procurement, RMAs, and support, ensuring accurate records and credential management

What skill will you use:
- 4+ years of “project management" or “operations” experience in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Expertise in using and managing IT asset tracking systems and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Adaptability to fast-paced, often hectic IT environments in the gaming or entertainment industries.
- Fluency with data-driven reporting and presentation tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Domo, and Tableau
- Experience managing software licenses and assigning to individual users and devices
- Familiarity with user onboarding/offboarding workflows, access provisioning, and lifecycle tracking
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver on
