Internship: Industrial Engineering

Interns work directly with our experienced engineers in support of our business units. This internship will last 15 weeks.
Industrial Engineer – Projects may involve many aspects of Industrial Engineering including
time studies, work sampling, facility layout, statistical analysis, cost/benefit analysis, manufacturing process design and other areas within the field.
Required Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship.
Available to work full time for a minimum of 15 weeks while not concurrently enrolled in coursework.
Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for space!
Desired: If you have any experience with the following, please be sure to include it on your resume.
Experience with facility layout planning.
Lean/Six Sigma projects.
Experience with performing time studies or projects involving capacity analysis.
Relevant internship/co-op and academic project experience that demonstrate development of both technical skills relevant to the internship as well as leadership qualities.
Hands-on project experience.
Co-curricular engagement.

The compensation for on-site WA applicants is $28.67 hourly
