Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Processing wholesale & dealer trade transactions
• Performing monthly physical inventory reconciliation
• Performing quarterly manufacturer inventory reconciliation
• Maintaining accurate accounting schedules
• Entering vehicle invoices in DMS
• Collecting payment for wholesale & dealer trade transactions
• Processing title documents related to wholesale & dealer trade transactions
• Providing administrative support & additional accounting duties as assigned
• Assist with filing of paperwork and documents as assigned
• Verifying the accuracy of documents
• Provide backup to other staff as necessary and as assigned by the direct supervisor
• Working with a team of accounting professionals to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals

 Here’s what you’ll need:

• 1 year of experience in a dealership position is preferred  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products highly preferred
• Willingness and desire to learn
• Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
• High School Diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred
