Meet our team

As part of the Corporate FP&A team, you will play a critical role in assuring that we meet internal and external expectations. This is a high impact, high visibility position with exposure to PayPal’s senior leadership team.

You will be part of key short- and long-term strategic decision making, and support the leadership team managing the business

Your day to day

In your day-to-day role you will:

• Analyze, understand, and explain internal and external trends, incorporating the outside in view / external environment into internal plans

• Lead total payment volume and revenue analysis and reporting

• Collaborate with the various businesses' stakeholders to understand key strategic areas of development and translate them into solid financial plan

• Integrate revenue analysis into long-term planning processes

• Streamline planning processes

• Create presentations for the senior leadership team to support decision making process

• Support Earnings and investors day workstreams and other Corporate FP&A recurring processes (such as weekly pacing, monthly business reviews, Board of directors’ meetings)

What do you need to bring

• World-class analytics and problem-solving capabilities

• A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity

• Ability to work and execute in a fast-paced environment

• Strong work ethic, willingness to do “whatever it takes” to get to the results

• Team player attitude, partnering, and collaboration skills

• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

• Proven track record in FP&A or related finance functions, Corporate development, Strategic finance, Investment banking, or Equity research

• MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus
