We are looking for Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join our team!Field marketing is a specialized branch of demand generation that focuses on planning and executing marketing activities and campaigns at local or regional level, in specific geographic areas where our target audiences are located. The primary goal of field marketing is to create brand awareness, engage with customers, drive lead generation and sales, and build relationships within particular market segments. It involves a combination of strategic planning, local execution, and relationship building to achieve marketing objectives at the grassroots level.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Event Planning: Organizing and managing local/regional events, such as trade shows, conferences, customer events, roundtables, webinars, etc. – both physical and digital, in alignment with demand generation and regional campaigns and teams.2. Event Management: •Define the event's objectives, goals, and target audience. •Create a detailed event plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. •Select event venues, and vendors and negotiate contracts. •Develop event themes, concepts, and designs
3. 360 Campaign Management: In charge of planning, executing, managing, and reporting on regional campaigns, aiming at boosting brand visibility across a defined region, and driving impressions, traffic, and leads.
4. Lead Generation: Capture marketing leads and prospect information at events through in-person interactions or via digital channels, to support sales and marketing efforts.
5. Localization: Adapting marketing content and messaging to resonate with the local culture, language, and preferences of the target audience.
6. Social media and Online Engagement:
• Using social media and online platforms to promote local events, campaigns, and content, engage with local communities, and drive online conversations.• Ensure live coverage of events on social media with regular posts.• Generated social, written, and audio-visual content either alone or with the wider team
7. Budget Management:
•Develop and manage budgets, ensuring all expenses are within budgetary constraints.•Track and monitor expenditures, making adjustments as necessary.•Provide regular budget updates to stakeholders.
8. Logistics Coordination:
•Plan and coordinate event logistics, including raw space arrangements, booth building, transportation and delivery of equipment, furniture hire, electricity, catering, etc.•Develop floor plans and seating arrangements.•Own and execute all other logistics-related tasks.
9. Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect data on the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives, such as events, campaigns, lead generation, traffic, attendance, etc. and analyze this data to inform future strategies.•Measure and report on brand visibility within specified regions.•Use of MA and CRM tools to manage the marketing funnel and report on progress monthly.
10. Compliance and Regulation: Ensuring that all field marketing activities comply with local regulations, permits, and compliance standards.
11. Vendor Selection and Management:
•Identify, select, and set up local/regional vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage and ensure the completion of contracted deliverables.•Identify regional installments of global e
