The Job:
As a Director of Sales, E-Commerce, you’ll be part of our Lowes team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- Lead and/or develop the commercial account organization for the Lowes.com and Lowe’s Ecommerce business.
- Devise and implement a strategic sales plan for Lowe’s ECommerce businesses, with focus on core growth, promotional planning/execution, supply chain excellence and margin improvement.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with all Lowe’s buying teams including merchant directors, merchants, supply chain, merchant assistants, and promotional management teams.
- Partner with product, finance and channel marketing to coordinate and implement targeted new product launches, promotions, and line fills to profitably grow the account.
- Communicate opportunities, issues, and trends to management and marketing teams both short and long term to manage business effectively.
- Coordinate and manage monthly billing cycle for business, demand planning, and unit-based forecast supported by POS reports and seasonal trends.
- Effectively manage marketing, promotional and T&E budget.
- Coordinate and manage line review cycle with Lowe’s to grow and expand our business.
- Develop 3yr strategy plans for account growth, marketing integration, and new product innovation.
- Integrate Stanley Black and Decker new product road map into collaborative growth planning with Lowe’s.
- Manage and plan new growth agreements based on exclusivity, timing, and product design.
- Oversee data integrity for the Lowe’s account.
The Person:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing or similar.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably focused on Lowe’s and retail channel. Lowe’s direct sales or channel marketing experience preferred.
- 3-5 years people leadership experience with a proven track record of developing talent and driving results in the team environment.
- Superior Interpersonal skills - proficient in both written and verbal communications.
- Demonstrated success in problem solving - must be creative and innovative thinker.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally at multiple levels within the business unit (e.g., Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, etc).
- Willingness to travel- 10%.
