Job Description
THE POSITION:
The Senior IT Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and executing complex technology projects within the organization. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, leadership, and effective communication. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Developing and executing project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Leading cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Monitoring project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Engaging with senior-level management, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Collaborating with vendors and third-party service providers.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- Experience and/or Training 7+ years of project management experience
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Ability to collaborate with external vendors and manage vendor relationships
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to identify and manage project risks effectively
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and influence decision making
- Basic knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure
