Job Description Summary:

PayPal is committed to building and scaling the next generation of payment integration technologies for merchants, consumers and developers globally. The newly established Global Solutions Engineering organization will deliver products for Global Markets, including key strategic initiatives such as Digital Wallets, that will allow expansion of PayPal’s footprint through intuitive experiences. This team will be responsible for building out platforms that will accelerate time to value across all PayPal markets.

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Sr. Manager, Technical Programs to support the Global Solutions Engineering Organization by driving executive-ready business reporting, operational excellence, and leadership communications. This role will report directly to the Director of Business Operations and will work closely with executive leadership teams to up-level business communications for the Global Solutions Engineering Org.

Additionally, the ability to visualize leadership communication materials, synthesize key insights, and streamline operational processes will be critical to success in this role.

Your day-to-day

Executive Business Reporting & Insights:

• Own the development of business reports, operational reviews, and executive summaries for CTO and CEO leadership teams.
• Analyze key business metrics and translate data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally with finance, strategy, and technology teams to provide a holistic view of business performance and strategy.

Product Design Strategy:

• Partner with Product leaders to lead product workshops and design thinking sessions.
• Lead journey mapping exercises with strong perspectives about checkout / commerce experiences, developer experiences.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and have a strong partnership with UX Design, UX Research

Data Visualization & Executive Materials:

• Leverage visualization tools to present complex data in executive-friendly formats.
• Drive improvements in the presentation of financial and operational data to support high-level decision-making.
