As the Sr. Manager of Global Health Economics, Value and Outcomes (GHEVO) for In-line Brands, you will be participating in the development and execution of health economics and outcomes research to support one of our key assets in the Neuroscience Therapeutic Area. In this role you report into the Sr. Director, in-line brands team GHEVO.
How you’ll spend your day
⦁ Execute on evidence generation plans to demonstrate value on various levels: clinical, economic, and humanistic
⦁ Execute observational (linked-) prospective & retrospective database studies; chart review studies, surveys; economic models (cost-effectiveness; budget impact; cost-consequence); literature reviews; ITC’s and NMA’s
⦁ Execute on key GHEVO deliverables in various stages of the launch (pre-/peri-/post-launch)
⦁ Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members: Medical, Payer, Market Access, Value Evidence and Outcomes, and Commercial teams
⦁ Communicate GHEVO research findings clearly to internally and external stakeholders
⦁ Train field teams on GHEVO deliverables in preparation for asset launches
⦁ Contribute to scientific communications and publications
⦁ Represent Teva externally at scientific meetings
Your experience and qualifications
⦁ Senior Manager: PhD in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Services Research or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience OR a Master's degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, or related field, and at least 4 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
A pharmacy/clinical/scientific background is preferred.
⦁ Proven track record of peer-reviewed scientific publications showing experience and knowledge in the field of HEOR
⦁ Problem-solving mindset, analytical, and solid project management skills
⦁ Strong collaboration, presentation and communication skills
⦁ Knowledge on of US healthcare system and keeping abreast of US trends in the RWE, Pricing, Reimbursement, and Market Access space.
⦁ Knowledge or experience with Health Technology Assessment methods across ex-US regions (Europe/International Markets) is a nice to have
